Many franchise systems either lock you into a dated proprietary CRM or push you onto a field-service platform priced per seat. Here is what CrewNest changes for an operator running more than one location, and what it does not do yet.
Per-seat tools charge for each crew member you add. Jobber, for example, charges $29/month for each added user (Jobber pricing page, checked 2026-07-15). CrewNest Pro is a flat $29.99/month per account with unlimited users, so the software bill does not move when you hire.
CrewNest has four roles: owner, admin, manager, and technician. Technicians see only the jobs assigned to them and do not see your financials. Managers handle scheduling. Roles apply across the whole account; they are not scoped per territory.
CrewNest does not calculate royalties or ad-fund contributions. It keeps every invoice and payment in one place and exports customers, jobs, estimates, and invoices as CSV, so your monthly royalty calculation starts from a clean spreadsheet instead of a pile of paper.
CrewNest does not have a multi-territory layer today: no roll-up dashboard across accounts, no ZIP-based lead routing, no per-territory permissions, and no shared templates pushed from a parent account. If your franchisor requires those, CrewNest is not the right fit yet.
You can run several locations inside one CrewNest account, or give each location its own account. These are the parts that work the same either way.

It depends on your franchise agreement. Some pressure washing franchise systems mandate a specific CRM; many don't, and the operator can choose. If you are free to choose, CrewNest can be your operational system, and you export CSV files for whatever reporting the franchisor requires.
Yes. Either add the new location's customers to your existing account, or open a separate CrewNest account for it. Import the existing customer list from a CSV file, invite the location manager, and they can start scheduling jobs the same day.
If the location has its own CrewNest account, you can transfer ownership of that account to the new operator. Export its data as CSV first if you want to keep your own copy of the history.
