These are sent from CrewNest’s own number, only to people who hold a CrewNest login, and are never sent on behalf of another business. Adding a mobile number is optional and is not a condition of purchase; if you leave it blank you simply receive no texts. Reply STOP at any time to stop them or HELP for help, or remove the number from your profile. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Customer messages, sent by a business using CrewNest. If a business uses our SMS features (powered by Twilio) to communicate with its own customers, we store message content and metadata to enable those communications. When a customer separately opts in to CrewNest service-related text messages, we record the consent choice, time, and source. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
