New users receive a 14-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at $29/month. Additional team members may be added for $5/month each.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. Contact [email protected] within 30 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 30 days, we do not provide refunds for partial months.

CrewNest and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without prior written consent.
CrewNest integrates with third-party services (Stripe, Twilio, Google Maps, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party services.
CREWNEST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREWNEST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewNest and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of CrewNest shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
