Refund + Cancellation Policy

One-click cancel

Cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. One click. No phone call required, no chat agent in the way, no "before you go" pop-up trying to win you back. If we can't earn your renewal in the product, we don't want to win it back with friction.

What happens when you cancel

You keep full Pro access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. No mid-cycle lockout.
After the period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. You can still log in and see every customer, job, estimate, invoice, and photo. Free-plan limits apply to new work (for example, 3 new estimates a month).
Cancelling does not delete your data. Upgrade again at any time and pick up exactly where you left off — same customers, same history, same settings. To have your account deleted, email support@crewnest.app.

Refunds

14-day money-back guarantee on your first payment, for monthly and annual plans alike. If the product isn't a fit, email support@crewnest.app within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it. No questions, no "but did you try this feature" scripted retention.
Pro-rated refunds for accidental charges (double billing, charge after cancellation, etc.). We don't make money off mistakes.
Outside the 14-day window, monthly or annual, the subscription continues through the period you paid for and we don't refund the unused part. We do not bill you after cancellation — there are no surprise charges.

No surprise charges. Pricing changes are communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Auto-charge for the next cycle happens only if your subscription is active at the renewal date.
