- Keep gates unlocked on service days or provide a code
- Remove toys, hoses, and debris from lawn before service
- Secure pets indoors during service
- Maintain irrigation system in working order
- Notify Provider of new landscaping, underground utilities,
or changes to the property

5. LIABILITY

- Provider carries general liability insurance of

- Provider is responsible for damage caused by negligence.

- Client acknowledges that fertilizer and herbicide results
depend on watering, weather, and soil conditions.

6. TERMINATION

- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Annual contracts cancelled early will be rebilled at the
per-visit rate for services already rendered.
- Provider may terminate immediately for non-payment
exceeding 45 days.

This agreement is effective for 12 months and auto-renews
annually unless cancelled in writing 30 days before renewal.
