3. SCHEDULING & ACCESS

- Provider will schedule services during business hours
(8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) unless otherwise agreed.
- Client agrees to provide access to water spigots and
clear the work area of personal items, vehicles, and pets.
- Provider will give 48-hour notice before each visit.
- Weather delays will be rescheduled within 7 business days.

4. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

- Provider carries general liability insurance of

- Provider is not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces
including but not limited to cracked concrete, loose siding,
deteriorated wood, or failing paint.
- Client agrees to notify Provider of any known surface
vulnerabilities before work begins.

5. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If Client is not satisfied with any service, Client must
notify Provider within 48 hours. Provider will re-treat
the area at no additional cost within 7 business days.

6. CANCELLATION
----------------------------------------
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice.
- Early cancellation of an annual contract incurs no penalty
but forfeits any remaining prepaid discount.
- Same-day cancellation of a scheduled visit may incur a

7. AGREEMENT
