Contractor is NOT liable for:
- Slip and fall on untreated black ice between service visits
- Damage to unmarked obstacles below snow cover
- Delays caused by equipment failure during extreme events
exceeding forecast by 200% or more
- Conditions occurring between scheduled service windows
Client is responsible for:
- Marking curbs, islands, and obstacles before first snowfall
- Removing vehicles from lots during service (per posted signs)
- Notifying Contractor of special events or early-open needs

7. INDEMNIFICATION

Each party agrees to indemnify the other against claims
arising from their own negligence. Client agrees that
Contractor's total liability under this Contract shall
not exceed the total Contract value for the current season.

8. TERMINATION

- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Seasonal contracts terminated early will be rebilled at
per-event rates for services already rendered
- Contractor may suspend service for non-payment exceeding
45 days with 7 days written notice
